Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to AI Perfect Assistant, an artificial intelligence service operated by IE Anastasiia Pirozhenko. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests for our subscription services.
No Refund Policy
All sales of subscriptions to AI Perfect Assistant are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments made through our service for the following reasons:
- High Operational Costs: The costs incurred for hosting and supporting AI models are extremely high and are consumed immediately upon service usage.
- Third-Party Processing Costs: Our hosting providers and AI processing partners do not allow us to request refunds for GPU processing time and computing resources once utilized.
- Immediate Service Consumption: AI processing requests consume computational resources instantly, making it impossible to "return" the service provided.
Trial Period and Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, we encourage users to:
- Test our service thoroughly during any free trial period before subscribing
- Cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges through your Paddle customer portal
- Contact our support team if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service
Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through Paddle's secure customer portal. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to:
- Technical failures on our end that completely prevent service access for an extended period
- Billing errors or duplicate charges processed by our payment processor
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to fraud investigation)
Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed individually. Approval of any refund under exceptional circumstances is at our sole discretion.
How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
